Private Transfer Queenstown Airport to Wanaka Central

Private door to door transfer from Queenstown Airport to central Wanaka.  (Please see note below).  Our driver will meet you in the Transfers Area of Queenstown Airport in a white Wanaka Transfers vehicle 10 minutes after domestic arrivals times and 30 minutes after international arrivals times.  Here is a link to our pickup area in the Transfers Area at the lake end of Queenstown Airport:-

We are more than happy to arrange a "Meet & Greet" service where we will meet our clients with a sign inside the airport terminal.  Please book this as an extra when making your booking.  A fee will apply.

Please note if you are wanting a transfer to Dublin Bay, Hawea Flat or Hawea please choose our Queenstown to Hawea product online.

We recommend advance booking to avoid disappointment.  If you need a last minute or urgent transfer please contact us on 021-570 520 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note: we charge an extra 20% on public holidays, an extra 40% on Christmas Day to cover driver's wages and for travel via Cromwell there is an additional $40 charge to cover extra time and fuel.

Do you need a Wanaka edition of Monopoly?  Add it as an extra when you make your booking and we will have a copy in the van for you!

Please also note this is a direct transfer.  Please specify if you would like a stop at the time of booking and we will accommodate that for you at a small fee.

Please ensure you have read our Terms and Conditions particularly noting our allocation of 50% of the fare as a non-refundable deposit. For this reason we highly recommend travel insurance.
