Private Tour - Siberia in a Day ex Wanaka - 8 hours duration

Enjoy a thrilling day of 4 hours being immersed in New Zealand wilderness. Flying, hiking & jet boating your way through Mount Aspiring National Park!

- 25min scenic flight, a 7km 3 hour hike (3km of this is uphill, so moderate fitness is required), and a 30 minute Jet Boat ride to finish (packed lunch included, please advise if any dietary requirements in advance).

9:15am - Start 
Pick-up from your Wanaka accommodation 

10:30am - Check-In for Siberia Experience at Makarora  
Arrive
and check in for the Siberia Experience & Wilkin River Jet Boat. Your group will be advised of
your afternoon jet boat pick-up time prior to the flight departure 

11:00am - Scenic Flight into Siberia Valley  
Depart Makarora by small aircraft for a breathtaking flight out to the remote Siberia landing strip — an unforgettable way to begin the adventure 

11:30am - Siberia Valley Hike  
Touch down in the stunning Siberia Valley and set off on your hike to the jet boat pick-up point (7km total, with approximately 2.5–3km of uphill to start | approx. 2.5–3 hrs). A prearranged packed lunch from a local Wanaka café will be provided to enjoy along the way 

2:30pm - Jet Boat Pick-Up  
Your jet boat arrives to collect the group from the pick-up station 

3:30pm - Arrive Back at Makarora  
Disembark and take a moment to reflect on an incredible day in the wilderness 

4:30pm - Depart for Wanaka  
A scenic one-hour drive brings you back to Wanaka
