Please note:

- Due to recent increases in fuel costs, we have introduced a small 5% fuel surcharge across all bookings. These changes are affecting many operators, so we appreciate your understanding and support here.

- An additional 20% surcharge applies on all NZ public holidays.

We ask that you review our Terms and Conditions prior to booking, particularly the clause noting that 50% of the fare is held as a non-refundable deposit. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for this reason.

Our shared transfers operate from 1 December until 30 April, with the exception of Christmas Day.
These are subject to road and ford conditions.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTE:

Client safety is paramount to us. If for any reason, you have a last-minute change of plans and exit Aspiring National Park before your confirmed pick-up time, or if you'll miss your pick-up time, please contact us urgently. If a customer fails to show with no communication, we will contact the necessary authorities. There is limited phone coverage out there, so clear communication of your plan and trip intentions before departure is key.
